Legal Right to Cancel
According to the United States consumer protection laws, customers have a 14-day period from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right to cancel and return the products. If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us of your intention to return the products within this time frame.
Customers who return products within this period will receive a refund for the returned items and a prorated refund for the original shipping costs based on the value of the returned product(s) in relation to the total order value. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise specified by the customer. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your intention to cancel. This period may be extended until we receive the returned products or proof of shipment from the customer.
Conventional Right to Cancel
To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept returns by mail to the address indicated by our Customer Service or on the delivery slip, within the same 14-day period as the legal right to cancel. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted.
Additionally, return shipping costs will be covered by us for orders delivered within the continental United States when the return is made using a service such as UPS or FedEx. This exception is valid for one return per order. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products Excluded from Cancellation Rights
Some products are not eligible for cancellation due to their nature. In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers do not have the right to cancel orders for products that cannot be shipped again, are perishable, or may deteriorate quickly. Examples of these products include:
- Goods with original packaging that has been opened or unsealed by the customer, which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Audio or video recordings or computer software that has been unsealed by the customer.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact our Customer Service within the 14-day period following receipt of your products. If you fail to meet this deadline, we will not be able to process your refund.
You may use the cancellation form provided in the appendix of these General Terms and Conditions, or send an email to support@camocapture.com. If you choose this option, you must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel to the address provided by our Customer Service.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete (with all accessories, manuals, etc.), unused, and in perfect resalable condition. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund. Cancellations cannot be exercised for products that have been, even partially, consumed, washed, soiled, damaged, or used. Likewise, incomplete, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
When returning products, please include the order number either on the return slip provided with the delivered products or on any other document. Using the return slip will help us process your return more efficiently. We encourage you to use this return slip.
Your responsibility will only be engaged in case of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics,and, where applicable, the proper functioning of the products. In any case, no refund will be issued until the returned package has been received and inspected by us.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above. If the products are found to be in acceptable condition, we will process your refund as described earlier in this policy.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method, depending on the processing times of your financial institution. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same return process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund. In the case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
